invites you to a special Brown Bag Presentation!

Oscar Olivera Oscar Olivera, known for his leadership during the "Water War" in 
Cochabamba, Bolivia, will speak on water privatization and political 
developments in his home country.  

Bring your lunch and take part in the discussion!

Olivera's book, "Cochabamba: Water War in Bolivia" will be available for sale 
and signing at the event.
