Announcing the International Day of Climate Action Rally @ the Minnesota
State Capitol

Saturday, October 24th has been designated as an International Day of
Climate Action - thousands of events are planned in 161 countries.

Get involved locally and be part of history at the International Day of
Climate Action on the Minnesota State Capitol Lawn! Join us on October 24
from 12pm - 1pm for an inspiring, non-partisan rally calling for real action
on climate change. The rally will be held in concert with events around the
world.

Speakers currently include:
Congressman Keith Ellison
Congresswoman Betty McCollum,
State Senator Ellen Anderson
State Representative Kate Knuth
 
More speakers will be announced soon. Peace Coffee will offer complementary
fair trade coffee.

The rally is sponsored by Oxfam America, 1Sky, and the Will Steger
Foundation as part of the 350 International Day of Climate Action (
