In the past 24 hours, our Web hosting service experienced a problem that 
caused two separate ten-minute-long Web and e-mail outages for many of 
our customers, and then led to our servers responding slowly for up to 45 
more minutes.

We believe the problem was related to an extremely high level of disk 
activity due to unusual activity on our servers. We are taking steps to 
make sure this doesn't happen again by spreading the disk load among 
additional servers: we do not expect this to be a ongoing issue, and 
everything is now operating normally.

We know you rely on our service fully working at all times, and we strive 
to avoid problems like this one. We sincerely apologize for any 
inconvenience this may have caused you.
