Dear Tiger Technologies Web hosting customer,

This morning at about 9 AM Pacific time, we experienced a technical 
problem that caused many customer Web sites to be unavailable for almost 
ten minutes. After the main problem was fixed, some customer scripts 
that access a MySQL database were running very slowly for an additional 
20 minutes or so.

Everything is now operating normally. We sincerely apologize if this 
problem caused you any inconvenience: we know you rely on our services 
and strive to make sure that they are always available.

We are investigating the cause of this problem in detail, which appears 
to be a problem with the MySQL database server under heavy load. We plan 
to take steps to prevent it from recurring.
