This afternoon, a data center network problem caused all Tiger
Technologies services to be unavailable for about seven minutes, from
13:55 to 14:02 Pacific time. All services began working normally again
at 14:02.
The cause of the problem was a widespread but temporary network routing failure that affected many companies at the data center we use.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We know you count on us for reliable service, and we consider any service interruption to be unacceptable, just as you do.
