Dear Tiger Technologies customer,
We're pleased to announce a couple of improvements to our service.
The first is that in the last few months, we've doubled (or better) the disk space, bandwidth, mailboxes and databases included in our Web hosting plans, all at no extra charge. For example, our standard Silver plan now includes 5 GB of disk space (increased from 2 GB), 100 GB of bandwidth (increased from 50 GB) and 50 mailboxes (increased from 20). While many of our customers will never need the extra resources, you can count on us to meet your needs as you grow.
The second improvement is that we now have the PHP 5.2 script language available. By default, PHP scripts still use PHP version 4, but the more cutting-edge version 5.2 is also available for customers who need it. This page on our Web site explains the details:

Finally, we want to give our customers a "heads up" about a future change: within the next few months (not immediately), we'll be upgrading customer databases from MySQL 4.1 to MySQL 5. MySQL 5 has been available for over a year and is now the standard, recommended version, according to the company that makes MySQL. Any modern script that uses databases should work properly with MySQL 5, but we should mention that we've heard reports of MySQL 5 database incompatibilities with a very small number of older scripts. If you use an older script that accesses a database, you may want to check with the author of that script now to make sure your script is compatible with MySQL 5.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We appreciate your business!
