Dear Tiger Technologies customer,
Earlier today, our entire network was unreachable from the Internet from 1:42 PM to 1:54 PM Pacific time (a 12 minute outage). Customer Web sites and e-mail were unavailable during this period. No e-mail was lost; it was delivered after our network became available again.
This problem was caused by human error on our part (not a technical issue) and will not recur.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this problem. We know how important it is that your Web site and e-mail service always be available.
