Dear Tiger Technologies Web hosting customer,
At about 2:30 AM Pacific time this morning, our technicians had to restart one of our Web servers that "locked up". This caused the Web sites of some customers to be unavailable for several minutes (although most were unaffected).
E-mail service was not affected at all by this problem.
We apologize for this. Although any computer system can have occasional problems, our Web servers are normally extremely reliable; we will monitor the affected server closely for any signs of ongoing trouble.
