Dear Tiger Technologies Customer,

Shortly after 2:50 Pacific time this afternoon, network routing problems 
at our data center caused customer Web sites and e-mail service to be 
unreachable from some parts of the Internet for about 15 minutes. During 
that period, many people had normal service, but some people were unable 
to connect at all.

The problem has been resolved by technicians at our data center, and 
everything is now working properly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and we hope this 
explains the issue if you were affected by it.
