Two minute unscheduled network outage today

Dear Tiger Technologies Customer,

We wanted to let you know that at 1:27 Pacific time this afternoon, a network routing problem occurred at our data center, temporarily halting all Web site and e-mail service.

After two minutes the network automatically started rerouting data and restored the service. You and your Web site visitors may have seen "connection refused" or "server not found" messages during that two minute period.

Everything is now operating normally, and we are continuing to monitor the network and our servers.

We strive to avoid these kinds of incidents, and we don't consider them normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and we hope this explains the issue if you were affected by it.

We appreciate your business. Please let us know if you have any questions.
