Dear Tiger Technologies Web hosting customer,

Earlier this morning, a power distribution unit in one of the cabinets 
at our data center failed. This caused an interruption in e-mail service 
for all customers, as well as an interruption in Web service for a 
smaller number of customers. These services were unavailable from 05:52 
AM to 06:15 AM Pacific time.

The faulty hardware has been replaced, and all servers are back online 
and functioning normally.
